Having worked for Marantz for thirty years, Ken Ishiwata is celebrating his anniversary with the stylish KI Pearl SACD player and matching Pre-amp.

In his official function as Brand Ambassador for the company he is proud to promote the brand wherever he goes and his influence in the Pearl design is evident. As a real pearl is, in fact, black it was important to keep the synergy by making the anniversary product also in black. They are in fact the only products in the premium range to be black.

To celebrate the KI Pearls, Marantz has created their first ever special SACD original recording featuring the renown jazz singer Katelijne van Otterloo, chosen by Ken as “another perfectionist who understands emotional involvement in music”, a must for all those who love the rich emotion of music.
