The CARA is an all in one Blu-ray DVD receiver with a sleek design and high quality finish that maintains its design philosophy of being simple to use whilst offering flexibility without complication. The well constructed front panel has hidden covers for easy connection of accessory products such as iTouch and USB driven devices.

Quality is maintained by using the transport from their high end player and a rather clever amplifier design. If you are using the unit in a standard 5.1 set up and then play a two channel CD the redundant rear channel amplifiers are bridged to the front channel pair giving 150W of power, providing a clean more dynamic stereo reproduction.

Set up is via auto calibration, plugging the supplied microphone into the unit and pressing a button will set up speakers, levels and other parameters leaving you the simple task of choosing what music or film to listen to. The set up buttons are under a hidden cover on the remote control so once the unit is set up you have a simple remote control with an intuitive design and button layout.

There are multiroom options for picture and sound, internet radio and the optional Denon Wi-Fi dock offers direst ipod connectivity & PC streaming from your home network. An onboard patented system that takes your compressed music and improves dynamics and sound quality is also built in.
