Denon AVR-4810 AV Receiver in demo

October 26, 2009

Highlights

Roger Batchelor demonstrates the new Denon AVR-4810 AV Receiver at the Sound & Vision Manchester Show 2009.

The AVR-4810 can run 11.3 channels with two pre-outs on the back. The system is extremely versatile as the 9 mono-bloc design amplifier channels can be assigned in any way you want from multi-zones, bi-amplification of speakers…

With Dolby Pro Logic IIz and Audyssey DSX capabilities, expanded sound fields are also possible by placing height speakers in the front as well as adding, as in the demo, left-wide and right-wide loudspeakers.

The AVR-4810 has Dolby TrueHD and dts-HD Master Audio under the hood, upscaling to 1080p, iPod direct digital input with Denon’s Advanced AL24 Processing, as well as six HDMI inputs, dual simultaneous HDMI outputs, built-in Wi-Fi connectivity for Internet radio or audio and photo streaming, plus front and back USB ports.
