Philips gives us a look at new technologies (CES 2007)

Highlights

First we see an LCD screen inserted in a plexiglass frame which is rear lit using LED technology. The new 63" 1080p Plasma TV with 3 HDMI inputs and Perfect Pixel HD engine technology was on display a little further along on our visit of the Philips CES 2007 stand. Then we had in demonstration of the new Blu-ray model, the BDP-9000. Philips has developed a new concept called Ambi-Sound home theater system. Here on show was the HTS8100, featuring five amplifiers and a DVD player integrated into a single horizontal sound bar with a sleek control panel. Among the many highlights, see the high definition remote control screen, the TSU9600, and witness the demo of Philips wireless HDMI system. Replace 30 feet of cable with just two boxes.
