REL T528 Subwoofer Offers Fast Responsive Bass With Great Design (Manchester Show 2010)

October 19, 2010

Highlights

Following the synergy of the new range the T528 is the only unit in the range that uses a digital amplifier and is also rather unique in that the cabinet is slightly curved to remove and box colouration and internal vibrations resulting in excellent bass.

The T528 has a slightly bigger cabinet with a new carbon fibre passive down firing driver, new legs to assist air dispersion and the incorporation of a new long throw front driver which gives faster, deeper more dynamic bass.

The control box has been moved to the back of the cabinet, due to the downward firing passive driver, near the amplifier circuit for better integration and giving a shorter signal path.

Much of the design is based on customer feedback from previous models and REL pride themselves in listening to the queries and recommendations from their end users.
