B&W Make Your Media Sing With the New P-5 Headphones (CES 2010)

January 10, 2010

Highlights

B&W have taken a brand new entry into the headphone business with the adaptable and practical P-5 headphones.

With many products on the market supporting portable media playback, B&W decided to take a practical approach to their headphone design. The headphones need to be comfortable and the use of soft touch leather sheep skin pads ensure comfortable listening with reduced fatigue for long periods of stress free listening.

But as we all know, headphones can be easily broken and the adoption of pop on/off magnetic ear covers means you can simply replace the pad should it get worn or damaged, not the headphones. The connection cord also unplugs easily should it get damaged or broken.

Because they are also designed for the many phone/music players on the market there is an integral volume and microphone built into the lead so if your phone rings you don’t need to unplug the headphones.

Being a B&W design they are great sounding and easy to use.
