Launching their new MM-1 multi media speaker B&W don’t fall short on the technologies incorporated into the design. It’s a self powered 18W active speaker featuring their nautilus taper tube tweeter and a 3.5” long throw woofer unit.

Aesthetically appealing for desktop positioning, connections are at the base of the unit and it caters for analogue sources from portable media devices via a 3.5mm stereo jack or for higher quality audio the mini USB connection ensure digital to digital transmission and decoding on the MM-1 via an in built DAC.

Whether you stream your music from PC, mobile phone or USB stick you’re sure to add that little extra quality to your music and if you need that extra bit of privacy, there is also a headphone connection.

A cool feature is the ability to use the iRemote app on your iPhone to control the unit from around the house.

The MM-1 is available from February
