Sanus Systems is a division of Milestone AV Technologies, a Duchossois Group Company.

Founded:
1986 and merged with Chief Manufacturing, Inc. in 2004 and became Chief Sanus Audio Visual (CSAV). Updated company name in 2007 to Milestone AV Technologies and was acquired by the Duchossois Group in 2008.
