Intel had two very major technology innovations to show off this year on their, as usual, enormous stand at the CES. The Media Center is really moving (finally !) and the new Intel Viiv processor may make it truly skyrocket into another dimension. Faster, with better performance and, from what we are shown, truly more "intelligent", this new chip will pave the way for many more innovations in the Media Center market. At CineNow! we will be following these developments closely as we were among the first to get really excited about the Media Center concept as convergence is, for us, a fundamental strategic topic. For portable computers, the new Centrino Duo chip will clearly be another step forward to help us enjoy computers even more… Its clearly Intel Inside Everything : TVs, PDAs, games with the X-Box 360, cars, and whatever else that's left !!!
