The subwoofer specialist REL has put in four years’ work to render the T-Series unique for its price point in utilising a sealed cabinet with active/passive driver array. The forward-facing active driver supplies direct slam and attack while the downward facing passive driver generates extended sub-bass output for what REL calls a ‘best of both worlds’ scenario.

Here are three new products in the T-Series range:

• Sealed enclosure with heavy-duty 8in ULT active driver and 8in ULT passive radiator

• Neutrik Speakon high-level input for direct connection to amplifier
• RCA low level input
• 1/LFE input with separate volume control
