Subwoofer specialist REL has unleashed its smallest model so far with the T-Zero.

Weighing just 6.8kg and measuring a petite 24.1 x 21.6 x 26cm, it’s dwarfed by almost everything else in RELs huge range of floor-rattling, muscular low-end speakers, it still manages to include a 100-watt Class D amplifier.

It features a sealed-box design made from thick, bonded slabs of MDF for maximum rigidity and features a downward firing long-throw 6.5in driver. Despite its small size, REL claims it can handle frequencies down to 38Hz.

Inputs include a Neutrik Speakon high-level input so it can be connected directly to an amplifier, as well as an RCA low-level input with separate volume control. Around the back is a panel with controls for gain control and phase reversal.

The REL T-Zero is available now in gloss black or white finishes for £350.
