Klipsch’s latest headphones are aimed primarily at gamers rather than music fans, but claims some serious audio credentials.

There’s a single-button microphone that promises a quick link to enemies or teammates during online gaming, and works equally well for internet Skype calls and mobile phones.

Inside each bud is an 8.5mm driver and moving coil technology with a dual-magnet motor structure and as with other ProMedia earbuds, it uses Klipsch’s patented oval ear tips that claim to naturally fit the contours of your ear canals for long-term comfort. They also claim superior noise isolation and improved bass transmission.

Klipsch says the ProMedia InEars sports a new, thicker cable to reduce tangling. The cable is also moulded into the plug for extra strength.

The ProMedia InEar comes with a two-year warranty and is available in black or red now for £90.
