Cambridge Audio Topaz Range

Brit manufacturer Cambridge Audio has announced the latest products in its Topaz range of budget-priced hi-fi and AV separates.

The three-strong range will include the AM10 stereo amplifier, CD10 CD player and the SR10 stereo receiver.

Cambridge Audi AM10

The AM10 integrated amp comes with 35 watts-per-channel of power, five line-level inputs, a built-in MM phono stage for turntables and CA’s customary brushed aluminium aesthetics in black or silver. Also included are a front-mounted input for MP3 players, twin speaker outputs and a remote control.

Cambridge Audi CD10

The CD10 CD spinner includes Wolfson WM8761 DAC plus digital and analogue outputs, and the ability to play back discs with MP3 and WMA files.

Cambridge Audi SR10

The SR10 stereo receiver can deliver 85 watts per channel, and comes with both FM and AM tuners, five inputs including a front-mounted line input for MP3 players and a remote control.

The SR10 is the first to be available from Richer Sounds in February priced between £200-£230 depending on iPod dock bundle. No word yet on prices for the other two components which will be available in the spring.
